We are a solid band and we love Country and Rock. Cruel Country has had members come and go, but Darcy and Jake have always been Cruel Country. Jake and Darcy have over 20 years of experience in the music industry. Jake has opened for the likes of Marty Stuart and The Kentucky Headhunters & most recently on Aug. 06/06 Terri Clark. We play alot of classic country music and top 40 country. We also have a huge selection of great classic rock.
Jake and Darcy are proud of their Metis ancestry and thrive for musical excellence. The band is rock solid and the audience always has a memorable time. Our vocals are top notch and we gaurantee that you will be impressed.
Cruel Country had a busy 07, thanks to everyone that came out. We had a great time at The Wood Mountain Redneck Rumble. Cruel Country played the Saturday night Cabaret, we took the stage right after Prism. The turn out was great. The festival ended Sunday with Aaron Pritchett headlining.
